10am Stretch and Toning Class

12pm Lunch

1pm  Board the Good Bus to go hike/swim at Buttermilk Falls

2:30pm Board the Good Bus to Echo Lake (paddle boats, canoes, kayaks and water skiing*)

4:30pm Return to Good Commons

6:30pm 4-course Tasting Dinner with wine pairings

Sunday, August 9 th

9am Morning meditation

10:30am Brunch

1:00pm Departure on the Good bus to NYC
